BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — On Wednesday, Feb. 22, a grand jury indicted a teen in connection with the Madison Brooks case.
According to court documents, Desmond Carter, 17, has been charged with first-degree rape and third-degree rape.
The grand jury decided not to indict Carter on a second-degree kidnapping charge.
