Travis Barker was hospitalized in Los Angeles Tuesday afternoon, as his daughter Alabama Barker asked fans to “send you prayers” in a post on her Instagram Story.
The Los Angeles Times and TMZ reported that the Blink 182 drummer was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and his new bride, Kourtney Kardashian, was by his side.
Barker was seen being wheeled out of an ambulance on a stretcher.
Shortly after news broke of his hospitalization, Alabama Barker posted on her Instagram Story, “Please send your prayers.” Alabama is his daughter with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The former couple also share a son, 18-year-old Landon Barker, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 22.
Travis Barker appeared to allude to something being wrong when he sent out an ominous tweet earlier Tuesday, writing, “God save me,” around 10:45 a.m. local time. However, E! News notes that “God Save Me” is also the title of a song that Barker recently collaborated on with Machine Gun Kelly.
NBC News has reached out to his spokesperson for comment.
Barker has had health issues in the past, including hospitalization for blood clots.
In 2008, he survived a plane wreck that killed two. Barker suffered third-degree burns on 65% of his body. He was hospitalized for three months and had 26 surgeries.
He took his first flight since 2008 with Kourtney Kardashian in 2021, writing a social media post that said, “With you anything is possible @KourtneyKardash.”
The said “I do” just over a month ago in a lavish wedding ceremony in Portofino, Italy.
