fresco is the first year waste vending machine fresh ball is convenient to go food available in a vending machine and you can rub delicious food that was made today every morning we we stop the machine with delicious salads breakfast and holy balls in reusable glass jars so in addition of being healthy and convenient it's also sustainable and good for the environment so the way the machine works is when you look at it first you're gonna see through the glass window all the jars and all the delicious meals that we have prepared for you and then you can order on the screen on the side make your selection the middle elevator is going to go up pick up your jar to make sure that it doesn't break while it's being dispensed if you don't have your own use inside you can pick up our own food for them to use and signs on the side for your convenience and once you're done eating you can return the jar and you're gonna scan the barcode this is going to open the door of our locker you're going to reach down the door and receive a $2 credit for your next purchase so we keep on washing and reusing the jars and you keep on saving money what you're doing something great for the environment we have three location in New York City right now our main open to the public one is in the Fulton subway station our voice will have ten machine by the end of 2019 and a hundred machine by the end of 2020 in New York City to make it so easy for you to grab lunch in the subway eat it at work we turn it somewhere in such a convenient manner that you don't have to think about what am I doing with this glass jar and by building this network you will be doing so much for the environment I grew up in France in Paris what I didn't realize is growing up in France meant that I was an environmentalist and all the little tips that my parents and my family were giving me I thought everybody was applying like shutting up the water when you brush your teeth switching up the light when you leave a room and buying local produce at your local farmers market and when I moved to New York 14 years ago to go was really not a cure the way it is here in New York City if you wanted to have a coffee or an expresso to go you would drink it at the counter of the cafe for a minute and then go but people who we walk around with their cup of coffee with them same thing for lunch we do like our food in France and we like to sit down and enjoy our meal in a real place with veneers and size and growth plates but when I moved here I realized that that was not the case and having worked in finance for 10 years as a desk people would not take lunch break and it was not something that was seen in a positive way I really so the waste of my lunch every day the clam shell of the salad and the aluminium phone and paper bag and plastic bags that I wanted to do something about it you have enough resource you haven't been doing that has another food traffic and you feel that people would be excited about having healthy and sustainable meals please reach out to us and help us create a network of sustainable food [Music] you
