With regards to disclosure questions … the first rule of thumb iswhen in doubt, you should disclose. With regards to exactly what you disclose … there’s a couple of suggestionsthat I would oblige. The first is that you contactthe law school … and get purity, if you don’t have it previously, on exactly what they want you to disclose. The second fragment of suggestion I would give…is that you want to explain absolutely … what it is that you’ve done … and too what you’ve learnedfrom that ordeal … hopefully providing evidencethat this was a one-time incident … and that you’ve learned from that situationand have grown as a person because of it ..
