Hey, everyone. Welcome and my appoint is Jenn O’sullivan, uh Maine educator here on the Human Body and Essential Oils. We have videos and um past chronicles uploaded to poop. So, Jen’s Tips.com. You can go to uh and I just like to get on now and share different goodies about health and wellness and things you might not have considered before. So, right now, we’re going to talk briefly about natural adds-on and drug medications and when you are able to be taking them and how you shall not be required to be be blending them. So, the general understanding would be to understand that most Drugs synthetic. whereas most natural complements is advisable to natural, okay? And why I say most should be is because not everything that’s labeled Natural is natural. So, you do really need to know your company and what you’re using and know if it is actually Natural because there’s some crazy statistic that eighty to 90% of the supplements that taking are synthetic as well. So, if you know that it is 100% embed located, those are what you’re those are the words you’re looking forward to. Um You know , no synthetic balms or dyes of any kind, you are familiar with, all those kind of keywords, Natural Supplements greeting differently in your body than synthetics do.So, we have to consider when you’re taking them. So, what I like to do is set up a essence complement regimen schedule for my clients based on what are they taking you know, Young Living and other things because I know a lot of parties make random things that are other things and then drug prescriptions. Are they taking And that’s an important thing to understand because then we are able to various kinds of determined up when you’re supposed to take what? So, we always just wanted to begins with what the doctors prescribing and what the doctor is saying you’re when you’re supposed to take these prescription.So, A prescription is to be taken in the morning and you know, it’s a prescription and it’s not like a there are very few prescription drugs that are all natural. Some of them are um like thyroid medications that are actually from cows and pigs. It’s from sort. still some synthetic in there but generally speaking, the majority of Drugs will be synthetic based. So, find out from your doctor when you’re supposed to be taking those and a die-hard rule. Meaning, like if they say, you have to make this at night before you go to bed, is that exactly the time or is that just when they’re telling you and could you take it anytime? So, you have to ask these questions if they’d say in the morning with food, does that mean first thing in the morning with food or can it be some season before lunch with meat? You know, so request those questions and some medications have different times that they need to go into your body and whatnot. So, ask the questions um when Why? And then home those on a timeline. So, you’re just going to kept a timeline of when you wake up to when “theres going” to sleep with an hour in between each, right, 1234 all the direction down and then you’re going to see um look at your natural supplements, You’re all natural complements and you’re going to look at the back of the bottle and and throw in when those are supposed to be taken. Alright, so where it gets tricky is let’s say a augment says you’re supposed to take it in the morning But you’re supposed to take your prescription drugs in the morning. okay? And and is that okay? It’s really not. You’re supposed to take your prescription synthetics. outside of naturals and I’ll explains why in only a minute but what you want to understand is that if you take let’s say at 8 AM, a drug drug, you have to wait until noon to take any natural supplements or let’s say you wake up in the morning and you make some natural complements at 8 AM, you would then wait until noon to take your drug meds and then you would wait until 4 o’clock to any other um natural supplements.So, it’s you know, and if you’re like, oh, that’s too much time. You can truncated that to 2 hours. You know, you can say, okay, I’ve too many adds-on I’m taking and I have too many remedies I’m taking. So, then, you would say, okay, minimum of 2 hours but generally speaking, you want to give a four-hour buffer around any synthetic complements and natural supplements. What happens with indispensable petroleums and natural flora located supplements is that the Supplements themselves want to criticize anything that’s acidic in your figure and synthetic drugs are acidic. So, what happens is if you make them at the same time, your natural complements and lubricants will want to um eat or placate the prescription medication. That’s not a good thing. Sometimes when we’ve talked about this in the Supplements desk comment, sometimes you have an issue where they’re doing thing. privilege? So, like in the case of vehicles of say um blood glucose medications that are to help lower blood glucose. Well, if you’re taking a lot of ashwagandha spring, that also facilitates lower your blood sugar. So, you were able to feel a little woozy or faint if you took them at the same time because they’re essentially redoubling up and that’s you know , not good. So, there’s sometimes when that could happen like beings on blood pressure meds or cholesterol, right? There’s certain things that could double up Um namely like uh you’re dealing here with Coenzyme Q ten for say blood pressure you’re dealing with um turmeric, right? So, the latter are things that cure blood pressure and so if you’re taking them with a blood pressure prescription, that’s where you might feel dizzy, you could have opportunities to of descending. That’s where sometimes it’s recommended not to and the the reason it’s not to is because they’re doing the same thing. So, when I talk about those complements that aren’t undoubtedly doing the same thing and not taking them at the same time, it’s because again, these natural adds-on don’t really play nice in the sandbox. Um they want to kind of go after and eat up anything in your body that’s born. that’s kind of what they do. It’s the most appropriate. They do best at this. So, my spur to you is to then let’s say, you know what? You have to take your complements at night and you have all these supplements wishes to take at nighttime but then you have a medication that your doctor’s like, you have to make this on at night. Well, if you is often used to take a lot of supplements at night, then, I would ask your doctor, is there any other prescription that would be a morning time thing? right? Or a different time of day Um and if that not the case.Then you just take your natural adds-on. 4 hours before you have to make your other augments. So, the question is like, what about the sleep ones? What about living? nine, You know, well, live nine is easy because then you can take Mighty Pro instead of life nine, okay? So, just know that and there’s no doubling up on that. Meaning, you are able to take one container of soul nine and get some very similar if not better in my opinion, effects of uh probiotics in your plan with life-time with Mighty Pro and then not do man nine at night if you have a prescription but like things like melatonin, something like uh Im Pro Am Pro has a good quantity of like sprouts, things in it that help your immune plan. plus some melatonin. Um you know, you might then see about taking your drug remedy, 2 hours before bed and then the melatonin with all the mushrooms in it, you are familiar with, right before bed. So, that would be okay. That’s not such a bad thing but that’s where you know, if you are taking sleep centre which is all all-important petroleums, I would be cautious about making those on top of each other because crucial lubricants are more powerful at eating things up Okay.So, um but like things like enzymes aren’t a number of problems. Enzymes, digestive enzymes should not interfere with your prescription prescriptions. There’s things um that we are able to various kinds of take and figure out and figure out your planned by but I exactly want to encourage you that really you should look at um a pair things. One is your drug prescription and when they’re supposed to be and then move your Supplements around those by two to 4 hours and then also your coffee uptake If you’re imbibe coffee in the morning, you should wait two to 4 hours before taking any natural augments. Don’t be knocking back your natural supplements with coffee. Um again, because of the acidic material and it will block the absorption of the adds-on that you’re making. So, that’s that’s something to consider and if you don’t believe me, examination it all up online. This is all particularly readily and readily available knowledge. um and I merely hope this has been helpful. You know, one of the things that I’m developing for you all is Wellness mapping um evaluation that you can character in like everything that you’re taking and then it’ll pop out when you should take everything um and I think that’s been a big question for people.Um you’re able to type in like, yeah, I have issues with this. What supplements are good for that. You know, these are questions I get all the time and so um that will be available in a in a little bit of epoch. We’re still working on it but I’m energized to share with you some of the kind of some of the developments and research that we’ve been working on to help us all better understand when we’re supposed to be our Supplements, how we’re supposed to be taking them, when not to mix them with interesting thing um and when it’s okay to mix them with interesting thing.
