[ Music][ Applause][ Music][ Applause][ Music] okay and welcome to another volume of the coming week in hearing a register where we discuss every type of news and innovation that’s happening broadly speaking in the world of audio more specifically for this occurrence in the field covered by hearing state and with me today i’m joined by kat peno and andy bellavia two of my good hearables and hearing aid sidekicks so so good to have you two back why don’t we go one by one let you introduce yourself we’ll begins with you kat hey “i m loving” that the three amigos back together again i’m cat pinot and i’m the current chairman of hearing state with brand-new hera prior to working with you here i raced my own tele state business announced hearing collective which is why i specialised in tele state consultations and digital apps and digital health that was one part of it and the other proportion was consulting as well i’ve got a really uh big-hearted b in my bonnet regarding the adoption pace of hearing aids in general hearing the uptake of hearing health in the world countries i’d like to see our clients and purchasers reducing that age from 72 years of age of hearing aid adoption freedom down to the 30 to 40 year olds when we start to use hearing tech we’re a little more proactive about our healthcare and then modulation across as we need through through the lifespan so that’s what my ultimate goal is with my professional vocation thanks for having me on perfectly it’s great to have you on and of course mr andy bellavia “i m loving” that three amigos and it’s great i appreciate you and uh inviting me again dave to be on with kat it’s it’s always a pleasure i really like blow it around with you guys i’m administrator of market development for nulls and we’re a component supplier to the hearing state and other manufactures i’m responsible for all the in-ear produces which are not prescription hearing aids so i’ve been involved in the hearable surface of things from the beginning i entail going back to bragi and doppler and so on and and it was really i’ve appreciated from the beginning the innovation that that knowles always was taken part in to advance uh hearing science and and hearing aid technology and of course about five years old after i started working for knowles i becomes a purchaser myself wearing those and so i really i’ve seen it both from you know the industry side and too from the patient side and still you are well aware very much have always been an advocate for for hearing care and hearing innovation and accessibility everything that can move the needle on the low-spirited support proportions and hearing care today yeah well thank you so much for being on andy we were actually complimenting you before we started recording with your beautiful christmas tree in the background um we found out that’s actually a characterization that’s what andy’s bottom half of his house looks like that’s that office down there uh it’s beautiful and and then kat mentioned that it’s also 40 magnitudes where she’s living in her portion of the world but that’s actually 40 degrees celsius so she is uh her her christmas setup’s a little bit a little bit more tropical than andy and i’s um but a lot more humid yeah um but but you know regardless for for those watching um you know the three of us have known each other for years and it’s always a good deal of merriment we often do this on my podcast uh bringing it over here to this week and hearing this occasion around to do one of these we often do them like once or twice a year to only kind of talk through some of the major things that are happening and as we manager into a new year it seems fitting to uh to all hop on and talk through it and so you know for today’s conversation we various kinds of bucketed uh the talking parts into three big buckets and we’ll various kinds of go through all three and um throughout these discussions but ultimately it’s the routes in which the patient journey and consumer interests hopes are changing it’s the you are well aware seemingly perpetually increasing advancements of the technology and all of the really really exciting things that are being provided um by information and communication technologies and the breakthroughs happening and then the third would be you know kind of the growth of the the hearing healthcare systems service delivery model there’s a lot of things happening at the macro elevation and then also sort of more in the micro elevation that are here i am thinking going to really influence the way in which caution is promoted in 2022 and beyond so the channel we studied that we would kick this off is um you know as we talked through that buyer you know changing hopes and the evolution of the patient journey andy i thought you would be a really great person to talk to as somebody that as you have mentioned you do wear hearing expedites now um i think you fit into that uh you are well aware i don’t know if it was a full seven to ten year gap but you were reluctant for a period of time and then so i’d be curious to hear about sort of that process of getting to the point to whatever it is you decided ultimately to get fit with hearing aids the procedure for its being fit and what life’s like now and then ultimately if you were andy precisely call it five years ago but in 2022 um what the hell is those promises be like now what how would you just wanted to approach this whole new facet of your life sort of in light-colored of how things have changed in the straddle of experience that you’ve really been following this seat yeah you know a lot of things have happened all at the same time my own personal passage and likewise uh the technology hearing tech and too listening delivery models have all more or less changed together i’ve been wearing for three years now and i waited the required seven years before getting fit and you are well aware actually i i have been able to say when i think back about it and i’ve reflected on it a good deal because it’s part of the discussions i have with other beings is that it wasn’t active resist in my subject it’s that it was so gradual you are well aware merely by small degrees especially in in social locates you know where where i had a more and more difficult go hearing parties further down the table and you are well aware and eventually it got to the detail where i could only talk to the beings around me at a round loudly public restaurant and you know other situations like that it got to the point where if my spouse was talking to me when i had my back turned to her you know i had a hard time understanding her you are well aware so it just happened so gradually and slow subsidy so glad gradually that you get yourself lulled you don’t realise where you were and you know where you’re at now because it happened so quickly or so slowly and too i knew i knew what the wander was like you are well aware busy at work hectic with other undertakings some voluntary things i do and whatnot i knew that it was you know a stay to the doctor the ent and then numerou actions and audiology like when am i going to find time to do all this i’m okay you know it’s fine and that’s how “youre talking” yourself down that seven time pilgrimage and and what i would tell you i would i would have said this three months after i got fit is it was the stupidest thing “ive ever done” now knowledge you if i started that expedition today i would probably be presented at a self-fitting maneuver when i was milder and then use my lane into it whereas at the time even 3 years ago i make there was scarcely a maneuver you know that would have done well three years ago i was already getting severe enough that it wouldn’t have worked and five or six years ago the kinds of designs available today to get my paw soggy and hearing attend didn’t exist and that’s really what’s different now and what’s so exciting now is that both in the delivery model and in the manoeuvres there are a lot of accessible answers for different beings at different places in their outing and that’s the exciting portion about where we’re at today andy i always desire hearing your reflections because i think they’re so important to hear out in in our industry for our the professionals um and our purchasers or the customer or everybody who’s in your craft could you tell me a little more about your feelings at the time if you show i represent yes you’re busy in your day-to-day life but when you miss proportions of exchanges or your partner started to yell at you if she did just wondering you know how did you really feel about how what was your feeling response to the to the missed segments of the discussion well i didn’t really get a lot you are well aware like some people get a hard time from family members and and and i didn’t really get that i you know my my my marriage talked to me about it and and i am familiar with she was right i’m a social person and the thing that genuinely got me was was how i was becoming increasingly able to take part in social status that was the hardest thing and i was journey until the pandemic i was move all over the world and see parties everywhere or going out with friends when i was back home and that was just going harder and harder to do and that’s so much of who i was i eventually just said to myself actually i signify are you going to sacrifice all that exactly because you won’t carve out a few hours to get your hearing taken care of i make it actually bordered onto stupid by the time i eventually went off off my chair and became and did it and that that was really a disgrace and here i am thinking it’s a shame for whatever reason other parties are compelled to wait like i did oh andy that’s to me it honestly blows my thinker often um and i asked you about your emotional response because i think a large part of where hearing healthcare is changing is into this space of psychological ownership and in order for us to deliver truly self-fit self-managed proactive hearing healthcare systems i think we have to understand the nuances of each individual who comes in and how that are able empowering to them when they go out and have to use these brand-new tiny difficult manoeuvres that go into their ears i think we have to improve the the user event and developments in the situation in the in the real world as much as we can without having this very heavy clinician-led or physician-led example which is which is what i think hearing healthcare was perhaps say 30 year ago 20 year ago and up until the last couple of years we’ve all been anticipating the publication of the otc deed and know more about the details of that which i’ll i might get andy or yeah dave yourself to talk to a little more because i guess my views is a bit adulterated being in australia but i’m all for the act i’m really evoked to um to hear how it goes out i’ve been listening to a good deal of um cliff olson’s breakdown of it which i recalled was excellent and speak karl strom’s write out about write up about it i myself didn’t go through the 114 sheets “thats been” secreted so it was good to hear about these other experts and their point of view on it because i think it will severely influence this mild moderate hearing loss category and even here at new now we see that those beyond this category we’re going to talk in categories we have a lot of purchasers coming to us who don’t fit the simulation in in matters of the amplifications we can give them and and their hearing loss severity and the needs and requirements so to me this it’s actually telling um what consumer interests wants and how they behave and want to react versus what’s out there um in the nature so i think it’d be really great if if we look at like dave we’re saying the directs the service and the technology proactive healthcare to reactive healthcare to proactive healthcare well i’ll i’ll precisely add to this opening part of the conversation i think i’m a poster child for how hard it’s going to do parties to come to the realization that they need to address their hearing loss and the and the thing about otc is it’s a more accessible solution for people who are mild to mid but they still have to strengthening and say i need to address my hearing and and i’m a distance runner and and so you distance runners are all very self-aware and the same would be true of people who bike claim you’re very aware about what your body’s doing and what it’s telling you and and as i’ve gotten older i’ve just naturally made accommodations for where i’m at physically at that point because you are well aware an elderly athlete is not the same as a younger athlete and you have to do things differently you have to adjust and adapted and i would do that fairly seamlessly i don’t i don’t have any issues being where i’m at than my control even though i can’t turned off the times i did 10 and 20 years ago all good right and more listening i did not approach it the same way i waited and i waited and i let it get worse and worse you know i would never do that in leading if i need to get a different shoe because i’m older now i time ran and got a different shoe right but in hearing no in in it and i look at it this action if person or persons like me goes down you know that slide to the bottom before they is responsive to their hearing loss it’s going to be hard to get beings to think about their hearing differently that’s actually i think i think the biggest challenge it’s not only about the cost of the device there’s certainly an accessibility concern because one for this very reason that i didn’t do it was because you know it’s it’s there’s a great deal of resistance in the pilgrimage and if you live in a situate where audiologists is far away like you live agricultural for example it’s even worse but eventually beings “re going to have to” recognise and admit to themselves that it’s time to address their hearing i think that’s the hardest thing and that’s the thing we’re going to have to work on the most in all this otc is marvelous i think it’s going to drive accessible answers globally even as though it’s a u.s initiative and i mean we really should talk about that because i think that is one of the keys of greater adoption rates of of hearing care and hearing answers but here i am thinking eventually coming parties to be self-aware about their hearing and then address it is the single most difficult thing you touched the claw on the head andy “i m loving” this i just scribbled it down because like that is a gold nugget thinking about hearing differently that’s exactly what needs to happen at a global scale and everybody has it has a part to play in that oh yeah i agree let’s talk more a little little more about the otc routine and then i also really have a hankering to talk about other tech and how that would apply um to hearing state and the consumer passage and that and that long-term demeanor modify so over to you my american comrades well i andy you said a really interesting expression there too which is friction right and i think that that’s so key um you know i think that reducing resistance is something that we as like an industry can limit is representing it easier but to your point i fully agree with you that until the until consumer interests or individual patients actually takes it upon themselves to want to taken any steps um you know i’m not sure how much of a different shape ingredient or a lower cost level or even a more accessible solution is going to stuff when people might be coming at it from a similar direction to you and i think that the barbarian really is in the details with to your point one of the biggest problems is it is typically this gradual deterioration and here i am thinking that that presents a problem because you know because of the the gradual sort of it it’s a very slow deterioration and so it might take you years to certainly amply lose sure-fire frequencies so you just slowly start to kind of forget that you’re not really sounding the chicks chirping anymore and it’s not something that just happened overnight where you’re like you’re sh you know kind of like shake by it it’s that gradualness that i think is part of the real problem now and so that’s why i keep coming back to um you know one of the here i am thinking one of the most effective methods that you can combat this is basically what’s happening right now with the consumer side the the real buyer back i mean i’m talking the skull candy hundred dollar headphone buyer area that’s going this engineering broiled into it unbeknownst to the consumer and i think that you know in it’s basically like you have a fraction of people that are gonna buy these devices with these brand-new pervasive boasts uh you watch all kinds of truly exciting partnerships from this sort of like at the operating system height whether it’s like with what mimi’s doing and you take even a step back from that you look at kind of like what braggy’s ultimately trying to do with the os piece of being the os of the you know of all these different hearable machines and you broil in that layer of functionality into it so that when you unbox those 100 headphones for the first time you’re actually seeing that oh there’s this like new feature that’s included in now that might just take turning it on and i think that that could be really powerful for a good deal of people because again leading back to this gradual impact you know you have this like gradual erosion of various types of frequencies and then suddenly you rehabilitate them approximately unintentionally but then you get a appetite of like oh wait that’s what i’ve been missing out on and then for me it’s like again in the fact that there is people genuinely having these new initiatives to at magnitude want to combat this you virtually have to only have a pervasive type solution that solves it you know across the board for those working that are ready to have that dialogue and so i think that’s one of the most positive things that’s happening right now when responding to that is that it’s that rising tide raisings all ships it’s you know this idea that there is nothing to really is various kinds of like a standardization that’s taking place right now of these hearing healthcare oriented pieces um and i think that’s going to has become a big web positive because i think you’re going to just create a big amount of exposure yeah i agree hearable tech is really a trojan horse for pioneering uh hearing hearing related issues to the consumer just exactly what “youve said” the first time you buy well you’ll be able to buy skull candy with mimi embedded and and the first time somebody buys a skull sugar and you know they they “re going through” the setup and they wow this music sounds great you know or ogle what apple is doing now you know if you you use uh ear cod and an iphone and it’ll actually notify you that you’ve been listening so long that it’s going to reduce the volume stage and of course you’ve got nascent hearing purposes being built in airpods pro and “once youve” those things flattening people start to assimilate it in a natural highway and just wait like my dream is that one day apple does one of those funky and cool airpods commercial except it’s a person walking into a crowded pub and it’s all precisely babel and he just goes like this and the bible goes away and they talk with some friends and you know and all of a sudden hearing is going to be very very cool and i think that’s exactly what’s going to happen not even official otc inventions but exactly examining designs are hearable designs that have listening relevant features in it are now going to pioneer people to hearing care and hearing issues in a exceedingly non-threatening very positive reinforcing style and that’s going to start to change the game wholly 100 i agree this this will be the brand-new standard in any hearing tech that you purchase if there is not an option to personalize and then growth your hearing suffer to a certain extent then uh you’re probably not living in the 21 st century of of where these smart maneuvers can take you and it’s same to dwellings right there are smart inventions in your home now your air conditioner can be hooked up to your wi-fi your thermomix can also be hooked up to your wi-fi you can do a whole knot of things with all the tech you’ve got in your live i think all that is we wear on our organizations will certainly get to that extent um and that rouses me so much better that you are well aware brands like skull candy and mimi are having these partnerships because it’s exactly what we need to gradually nudge these little bits of gilded pieces that us as healthcare professional staff and those in the industry only knew and we get so disheartened that good-for-nothing we don’t see anything changing predominantly from consumer interests at flake so i think that’s exactly what needs to happen uh on maths if you like and um yeah i just like i’m totally gushed about what’s going to happen in this infinite with all the tech that’s coming in i think when i think about other engineerings and how it’s happening for the consumer and when i think of consumer interests in this seat i’m thinking boys they’ll start their journey with like you said these cheap headpieces watches rings whatever it is and then they’ll time be so accustomed to these apps and looking at this data and understanding how they wield and what their normal looks like and then how does professional how do we be integrated into that role and then what does that was like in the years ahead and i’ve been thinking about it quantities more as the years change and the factors that are affecting how manufacture reforms and i still speculate that the service component of healthcare professionals is extremely important and i think what’s currently happening now in this space is still “il be going” the status quo which i don’t think is necessarily a bad thing i fantasize those who require face-to-face on hand clinician-led support they will always be there and then we’ll have this this new opportunity and these brand-new groceries and these brand-new actions opening up and then that clinician will also inspect ogle fairly different so i go back to gossips “weve had” before where i think what i contemplate is purchasers will come to us with this data from inventions that are almost agnostic so someone might came to see you me in the future with skull sugar designs and these mini hearing tests and say hey i think this is happening can you improve me this might be someone in their 30 s who’s a young professional and then we’ll talk about what answers are available to them as they progress their vocations they tell me their goals i say cool you know you control these tech this app um out in the real world come back and let’s work together or i were consistent with you via asynchronous letters but yeah the life is the world is our oyster and i’m really excited to have these uh purchaser electronic labels come into the gap and lend these little bits of education or learning decode quick and nudge this nudge this shopper along earlier i i love that you mentioned that you this was i this is one of my favorite things to talk about you with is the sentiment of like these data health coaches um or health data coach-and-fours um and i think that you and i really see eye to eye here where i think that the hearing professional like if we’re really thinking about what what character do they play today the enormous vast majority of those patient interactions are they’re frequently one of or one of three things certainly i make it’s pediatrics in in newborn testing and infant hearing screening and then it’s dealing here with older adults and age-related hearing loss and then it’s also all of the different um surroundings that happen across the age spectrum but often skew more toward uh you know the higher severity status of hearing care and so it’s very medical in that sense where it’s usually catering to those that it was necessary to to help the most nonetheless i think that because of that because of how much it skews toward those higher extremities of severity um i think that we’ve sort of simply kind of forgot the the rest of the market in that sense and in terms of a of like a hearing charge professional actually having some sort of uh relationship with a 30 -something that might actually not have any hearing loss and i think that this is what’s really exciting is that you are well aware as you look at the direction that the what the wearables like broadly speaking are evolving they’ve gone from to be if you really look at the wrist as being the precursor to what’s probably going to see happen with all of these various body-worn computers the the natural advance has been that you know basically they were searching for a utilize event and they various kinds of shored on it over the last like two to three years which is largely around like taking the fitness data and then either starting and becoming expending it in a medical settled or like moving even more granular in the fitness data to become begin to garner and glean actionable revelations like this whole portion around penetrations actionable things that you can deduce from the data is like wearables 2.0 and so i always now think about like what is that departing to look like when we’re talking about in the ear inventions that you’re wearing by and vast all day if it’s like a hearing aid or even if it’s air cod you have a beings component of the population wearing these things for extended periods of day so the first question is like what kind of data is likely to be captivated from that and and it’s not just biometric data like yes there will be heart rate sensors and there will be all kinds of different ppg sensors that can captivate the biometric feature of things but you look at like what starkey’s doing with livio that’s really interesting from they take all the acoustic data to be able to tell a story and identify are you get out of the house um are you doing are you challenging yourself from a you are well aware mostly like a cognition position um so “youve had” that has already been everything that’s coming with you ogle at these large-scale monstrous behavioral firms like noom and everything that they’re trying to do around weight loss behavior um in encouraging healthier lifestyles inhaling discontinuation all these different things uh and then too you look at like what’s going on with headspace and pacify and this uh mental health piece right and so again the hearing is super interested in this respect because it’s actually sufficing two actually different roles one is it’s the ability to be a data capture uh centre and then the second is that it’s like the interface in which you’re having the you know you’re mostly knowing the audio internet and so these two things mixed i think actually lend themselves to this idea where you could have whether it is a question the the hearing care professional is like taking a portion of the data that’s being captivated and helping to make sense of that again going back to this like livio part where you’re looking at the cognition data and you’re seeing you might be you know first of all you’re not implementing your hearing aids much at all because you’re not interacting with others and then second like are there troubling ratifies from a cognition position so that’s one clearly defined pattern but when we start to look at the future of this i really agree with you that much of the role of the professional again when we’re looking at the broader scope of things very much might be around this you know i’m independent experts of all things ears so i’m gonna first i’m gonna fit you with this thing but also i’m gonna help to make sense of some of this data that like i’m an expert in genuinely deciphering through as well and and all of that just stirs me really excited because you realize like there’s a big role for somebody to play this persona i am only had this image as you were talking dave and it was really like this big culmination of everything you were saying to the point where these big these large external factors like audio content and the ears being the gateway to your experience of this audio content and experiencing it or not and saw me genuinely consider excuse me or envision that it is likely to be the standard that everyone does a basic breeze conduction screening with their machine to experience a better reflection a better noom event a better whatever it is to get you there and then when things start to deteriorate there might be that pop-up word that says hey “youve been” got to do something about this and you do because the understanding of how you’re hearing or suffer the material and the world around you has been it’s starting to road and i simply had this seeing of everything grouped together and the role as as the professional is likely to be a healthcare coach-and-four with the ability to use a longitudinal data set and understand and and i love that starkey’s got the ability to look at so many health ingredients um in in their manoeuvres because it totally establishes sense to me um you know that a great deal of the conferences in the audiology world-wide now are focused on cognition how can the audiologists be doing hearing research diagnostic hearing tests and maybe a basic screening a certainly red flag to the gp or the referrer hey we need to do something about this because we know social solitude um dip loneliness is is a large um healthcare concern or publish in the life so are we the best people place to got something about that yeah i think so andy yeah i i think you’re exactly right and you are well aware despite all of the tech that’s coming out i think there’s always starting to be a place for the hearing care professional it’s actually going to expand and one of “the worlds largest” fascinating areas i think is what you two exactly has spoken about when you look at the linkage between hearing loss and cognitive descend you look at the ability is not simply to help correct for hearing loss but too to calibrate cognitive functioning in a hearing machine you really have a powerful implement for helping people age well because you now have in the you know merge on the hearing professional cognitive data sounding data and a person who has the skills necessary to address both or certainly to red flag it you know if you have a medical cognitive nosedive controversy that’s the person who’s going to pick it up first both from the channel they interact maybe assessments they do in person or online but too the data coming from the hearing invention while at the same time at least theoretically reducing the rate of cognitive slump by addressing hearing loss it’s it’s a very exciting area and and one facet i think of where examining upkeep is going in the future because traditional hearing cares about putting hearing aid in a person’s ears and they can listen somebody’s expres better off without addressing a person’s entire lifestyle i used mean tomorrow’s even today’s you are well aware some some hearing help profession professionals but not virtually fairly of them will address the total lifestyle will ask their their buyer do you like listening to music i love listening to music well i can give you good quality music with this device over here because a hearing aid isn’t it you know what do you do throughout your day well i work i’m a professional i got a lot of zoom announcements well let me tell you how to get the best audio knowledge during a zoom call right so all of those things the relationship between health cognition and hearing and life-style they’re all going to mix and the hearing upkeep professional has a place there probably the best place there uh whether acted remotely or you are well aware in person here i am thinking that is the hearing upkeep professional of the future yeah i imply like i have a bunch of judgments now to tackle both of whatever it is you said um you know i agree with you first and foremost i think that the the i represent i’ve had so many of these communications lately on my podcast and on now where it’s like this idea of what’s going to be the role of the provider in the future the persona the provider is totally going to expand so long as like each individual provider makes it upon themselves to do so i’ve had so many encouraging conversations about new you know we we were talking just before we started recording we were you know compel cat’s down in australia and i asked if she ever races into angela alexander down there which she does not she’s on the opposite intent of the of the country but like you know so so angela’s leading service charges around apd auditory processing disease that’s a huge like swath of of of orbit that you are eligible to is now going you can go into and there’s like lots of different samples like that so i have absolutely no doubt in my head but again i think it goes back to this impression of like feline you said something there where it’s like you know you’re gonna have these like baseline research that are issued through these applications and don’t forget all of the hardware that’s coming out will have these like capabilities broiled into them so you are eligible to have you know when you go into noom or you go into uh you know your podcasting app or whatever like i think it’s very practicable is of the view that in a you know matter of like one to two years as this becomes more prevalent you’ll actually read a lot of the applications driving this as well where they’ll say you know we want to make sure that you get the best sound aspect from spotify and so we want to you know mostly measure your hearing and pair you to your sketch or something like that you know and this is where i will give brand-new hera like a good deal of props since they are saw this earlier today which is i think to your point andy it’s like these terminated life-style alterations um as we were becoming increasingly connected in in these more like digital virtual specifies um you know having your your fingerprint of your ear you are well aware your earprint um and having that habit profile be capable of being configured for all the digital resonated that comes out in your lifetime i think is highly highly important too so we’re at this like really early onslaught i think of you know you historically had these devices in in the role of the provider was very much taken to ensure that that invention was optimal for your like ambient physical acoustic environment now like as a second iteration you want to make sure that their internet knowledge is very similar and i think that we’re going to be seen there be more and more instances where it’s like wouldn’t it be nice if “i probably shouldve” my hearing profile for my netflix on my tv or the zoom call that i’m having right now and here i am thinking like as a hearing attention provider you’re probably the most uniquely suited to make that like situation real for a great deal of these people and there’s a lot of value already today and i think it’s plausible that it’s just going to extend to more and more use cases of like this is your individual sound id for the world-wide and i think that attitude is actually essential to a certain extent i think of myself as a canary-yellow in a coal pit i represent not alone but i think i’m on the front end of people who grew up connected and parties you know in my cohort or following are going to involve that they have devices that complies with their part connected lifestyle i represent i listen to i listen to podcasts and and it’s it’s it’s a joy to be heard podcasts with corrected audio but in the pandemic and realistically subsequentlies they’re going to be a lot of people who devote more occasion talking to others on the computer than they do in person and if you don’t address that one of the purposes of a person’s lifestyle then you’re really leaving them out i make everybody talks about zoom lethargy and i i am 100 amazed i’m stream this audio through my hearing aids right now through the tv connector the low-spirited latency tv connector and it’s fantastic i imply i can do this all day and be relaxed about it because i’m not going into cognitive overload trying to understand beings out of the speakers of my notebook computer playing into the hearing aid microphones rather than direct stream in all of these kinds of issues are going to need to be addressed for connected parties later on they’re going to accept a hearing aid if they don’t get good music tone well hearing aids today they’re got to get but the room you address that issue is do you set somebody up with alternative solutions maneuver like say the audira headphones for their music listening right and so okay fine when you’re out and about to wear your hearing aids when you want to listen to high quality music settled these headphones on right getting parties to the best listening situation in all the different parts of their life is “il be going” all-important going forward because everybody following me is going to
