give the policy that’s being developed and to make it successful with their squads to make sure the company is successful moving forward and finally firms are looking for overseers that are able to solve complex problems so you as a overseer in the future would need to be able to take a look at a problem break it down into bite-size patches and then to be able to come up with strategy to solve those problems the business management programs point is to give you training and background and ordeal in being able to have those four key skills that companies are looking for and so generally what we’re doing within the program is we’re giving you the ability to manage parties and organizations much better the program will too be able to give you some great decision-making implements and knowledge in order to be able to run a good the enterprises and realize great business decisions within the Canadian workplace and finally this program is designed to improve your communication knowledge which is critical for you as a director and to be able to lead squads with a particular goal in knowledge and to keep your team caused and be successful we are confident that the business management program will give you these great tools which we call soft sciences to become a very successful manager in a control capacity in your future career every successful graduate of the business management program will receive an Ontario College graduate certificate which is an excellent recognition of your hard work and training and this is a great document to have on your resumes the business management program now at Fanshawe College is designed very similar to an MBA program in the way that it is a general management program that has directions comprising a wide range of different topics and the idea here is to be able to expand your management skills and knowledge for a number of different industries and principles so we are not teaching you specific skills for example in finance or accounting or human resources but we are giving you a general overview about the things that directors need to understand about these different areas and how to work with crews within those specific areas to become a successful administrator of a squad the programme itself is a two-year graduate certificate program and what that symbolizes is is that the two-year program is divided into four semesters which in total is 21 courses that you’ll be taking within this program the program itself is based on case analysis so almost every single course in this program use subject studies in each class that students will analyze and discuss in order to help them learn and understand the various topics so this program has no textbooks and no tests and a hundred percent four hours per week and what that entails is that you will be in the classroom with the professor and your individual classmates for two hours per week or course and the added two hours for each course will be done independently that you’ll be working on your own or with your group analyzing a client etc outside of the classroom so every course you’ll be taking within this program you’ll be doing one teach per week of two hours with your prof and then you’ll be doing outside study and independent study as we call it outside of the classroom each one of these courses is 14 weeks long in terms of duration and so we call these modules so you have 14 modules that “youre going to be” plowing off in every single course one of the most common questions we get from new students is saying well if there’s no textbooks and no assessments how do we learn what substances do we have and how do we get pointed so it’s actually very simple although there is no textbooks per se for each of such courses so you don’t have to spend a lot of money on textbooks we will provide you each week with a index of videos or reading material the G will have to help you understand the particular topics
