hello and welcome back to anotherepisode of sewing centre and since Halloween is officially over that canonly mean one thing it is time for Christmas and we’re goingto merely hop-skip Thanksgiving off together only kidding I will definitely dosomething for Thanksgiving maybe next week but for now I’m so excited aboutChristmas and I really want to make this Merry Christmas table runner for a partythat I’m hosting I’m going to show you a simple wayto do perfect centering on a lessen runner and I am also going to be usingmetallic thread so I will propel some tips in there as we go and of so forever grateful for youguys alright so without further ado let’s is starting and we’re gonna talkreal quick about information materials that we need for this project so at the moment Ihave hooped is a tearaway stabilizer and the reason why I’m doing it on this bigmini sash formulate is because I am going to do a placement wrinkle so we’re just goingto kind of make believe that this table runner is like an applique and you guysare gonna identify what I make in really a time if “youve had” seen the lane I dosashes then you would know exactly what I’m talking about but for those of youwho don’t know precisely stick around and watch and you’ll get in on all of thefun the possibilities and I actually picked up this tape runner at the dollar store soagain this is another immense dollar collect detect you guys can definitely sellsomething like this for 10 x the costs of it ten dollars is still extremely lowfor a table runner but even then it’s still a great benefit boundary I’m alsogoing to be using metallic thread it’s the yin matte one the one that comes inyour starter kit if you are a rec OMA customer if you’re not it’s getting metwith metal thread I commonly don’t have problems with this thread because Itake the privilege prudences when using metallic thread but if you guys know alittle bit about machine embroidery you’d are aware of the metallics are not theeasiest type of thread to work with with that’s right I’m too going to be usingthe 90/14 needle that has a larger gaze so that the strand is to be able to passthrough and there’s no abrasion there effecting any thud restraint just in case Ihadn’t mentioned before I am expending a tearaway and with the table runner I amjust gonna use the tearaway because this is something that I’m not gonna bewashing frequently if you don’t wear it rend is a general rule of thumb andsince this is a pretty simple design I’m notI mean too much stabilization if it was a more complex design then I wouldprobably just use the cutaway but since this is just gonna say Merry ChristmasI’m not going to need too much stabilization as for the design I got itspecially digitized to fit the exact size of this and it’s very simple youguys will see in simply a time what I signify basically I’m just gonna have tworunning seams on either side to observe the placement and that’s why I said itwas like an applique so for this project I’m just gonna be floating it over forthose who don’t know what floating planneds it means that I’m not actually hoopingthis inside the hoop as you can see I has only just been a tearaway hooped I’m justgonna be waft it over typically you can use some adhesive spraying and somepins at the moment and don’t have any adhesive scatter but that’s okay I do havepins on hand so I’m just gonna go ahead and pin it so that there’s no movingaround while the machine is sewing all right so I’m just gonna go ahead andpop it in the machine now for those of you who do have the red lethargy machinejust bearing in mind that with the 22 by 14 inch band you do “re going to have to” position the flatbrackets on sluts one and two of the pantograph for thoseyou who do have the recumbent machine and you’re using this 22 by 14 inch youjust be borne in mind that you do need to switch these little bracket weapons right herejust Lots one in two on the pantograph rail so have my hoop in the machine nowthe next thing I’m gonna do is stitch out a pour seam to label theplacement for the fabric so now I know just where to residence mytable runner because this is in the exact same one of the purposes of it the rods was taking a little bit too long andthey actually all came on the floor I decided to get rid of them and precisely usetape because at the end of the day we are doing this for commercial-grade purposesso you know what I came season for that had sake and the tape actually cures me lineit up even better to the running hems so I’m happy I switched to thisteeth now I’m going to tracing time taken to ensure that the suitable changes weremade and it’s exactly where I left it up so that’s good so now I can finallypress Start let’s get this project rolling and with my metallic strand I’membroidering a bit of a slower speed too because I am moving I’m not goingtoo fast because I don’t want it to pucker up and I don’t have an adhesivespray right at the moment so I don’t want any issues with the design movingaround all righty so I’m gonna go ahead andjust oh I affection tearaway that was fun alrighty so so on all the table runnercame out pretty good we did get some pouting so in order toprevent this we would need to be using adhesive government adhesive sprayunfortunately it should not have any on hand with the whole move but it stillcame out pretty good this is still going to I’m still gonna lay this out on mytable and yeah so this is what it will look like so I hope you guys enjoyedthis chapter of embroidery centre I just wanted to share a very simple way that Ialways use in order to ornament these ribbon like or sash like entries as forthe metallic thread it feed beautifully I did not have any thread separates at all Idid sprinkle some gratuities in there for you guys but I am going to be filming a moredetailed video with gratuities on embroidery metallic weave so look out for that soI hope this video helped you come up with a
