ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — Bills coach Sean McDermott and quarterback Josh Allen spoke Thursday for the first time since teammate Damar Hamlin was hospitalized after going into cardiac arrest during Monday night’s football game in Cincinnati.
