I'm Major Joan Gibson and I'm a nurse and midwife and a teacher. I've been with Howard Hospital since July 1985. We have several training programs going on. We have a primary care nurse training program. And at the end of it all, the the students will go out into the community, they will go into rural clinics and they will run those clinics, and this could be anywhere around Zimbabwe. Generally, students really appreciate being here. They appreciate the spiritual part that they enjoy in this hospital. And they usually say that they've grown spiritually as well as learning. HIV has affected almost every family within the country. And therefore everybody knows somebody who is positive. And I would say now there — people are very accepting of others, and, you know, people find it better if they've actually disclosed..
